Include your account email, the generation reference shown in My creations, and a short description of the issue. If a task is still processing, check its original status before submitting another request.

Billing and refunds

Include your account email, order or invoice reference, and payment date. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Review our Refund Policy for eligibility and the difference between cancellation and a refund.

Privacy or content concerns

Tell us which account, output or URL is involved and what you would like us to review. Share only the information needed to explain your request. We may need to verify account ownership before changing or deleting account data.
