How many videos can I make with my credits?
It depends on the model, duration and resolution. Use the estimator to see the current cost of a configuration. Divide your available credits by that cost to estimate how many generations it covers; each new generation is a separate request.
What is the difference between a plan and a credit pack?
A monthly or yearly subscription provides a monthly credit allowance and the subscriber benefits shown on its card. A one-time pack adds credits without a recurring charge and does not unlock subscriber-only settings.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay the displayed yearly total at checkout and again at each annual renewal unless cancelled. Credits are allocated monthly rather than all at once. Review your allowance and renewal date in Billing.
Do unused credits expire?
One-time purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits follow their monthly allocation period. Billing shows your balance and the next expiry so you can plan your usage.
When are credits added after payment?
The service verifies the payment before adding credits. The return page tracks your original order and refreshes your balance. If confirmation is taking longer, check that order again rather than paying twice.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved while a request is in progress. A failed generation releases its reservation; a completed generation uses the displayed credit amount. Refresh a pending task before starting another. A credit release is separate from a payment refund.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your current paid period remains available until its stated end. Review the Refund Policy for refund requests.
How do I pay?
Available offers open Stripe Checkout. Stripe presents the payment methods available for your location and the final amount before you pay. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by TextToVideo.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or switch billing intervals?
Review changes in Billing before confirming. Upgrades within the same billing interval take effect after the prorated payment is confirmed and add credits for the remaining time. Downgrades and monthly-to-yearly or yearly-to-monthly switches start at your next renewal; your current paid credits keep their original expiry. You can cancel a scheduled change before it takes effect.
