TextToVideo is a general-audience creative service. Use it to make authorized, lawful and non-explicit visual content.

Use material you have permission to use

Only upload images and other inputs that you own or have permission to process. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and a person's control over their likeness. Having a copy of an image does not necessarily grant permission to animate or publish it.

Content we do not allow

• Sexually explicit content, pornography or content intended for sexual gratification.
• Sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors, including synthetic depictions.
• Non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation or material designed to defraud or harass someone.
• Hateful abuse, credible threats, encouragement of violence or graphic depictions of serious injury.
• Content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Review before publishing

Models may change faces, hands, lettering, objects and other details. Check each result for accuracy, suitability and third-party rights before sharing it. Do not represent synthetic media as authentic evidence of a real event.

Enforcement and reporting

Prompts and uploaded material may be checked for prohibited content. Requests can be blocked, and access may be restricted for misuse. To report a concern, email support@texttovideo.app with the relevant reference or URL. Do not send illegal material as an attachment.
